Back on track 🏃 after more than two weeks off. I did the benchmark run for my next goal: a half marathon. I can’t believe how too much work and irregular sleep is getting me out of shape.

Thank you, @jean, for the lovely card from overseas. The only stickers I put on my MacBook are those from my favorite social networks.

I’ve seen some great things you can do with looping in Ableton Live. 🎹 So I thought I’d give it a try. On my windows tablet it kind of works. But on the Mac OS I haven’t been able to get it to work yet. I never thought I could be that complicated.

A few days ago I successfully completed a 10k race 🏃 after weeks of training. I’ve realized I’m made for distance, not speed. Next goal: a half marathon. I just started my new training plan on Garmin Connect. 🎉

Do not put off until tomorrow what can be put off till day-after-tomorrow just as well.

I’m listening to the track Grunt by B. Fleischmann. Haven’t done that in years. 🎵
At first moment I thought my stereo was broken. The whole track has a distorted hiss underneath that complements the melody beautifully at moments. I love it!

My first attempt at baking Baguettes 🍞🥖
Baking delicious baguettes is an art. When it comes to ingredients, there is no secret. Flour, water, yeast and salt. That’s about it. The magic is in treating the dough well. Between kneading and shaping, it needs time to rest.
My first attempt looks pretty good. In my haste, I skipped a few steps. As a result, the dough didn’t rise well enough and the consistency wasn’t as fluffy as I would have liked. Still, yum.
The next piece of paté fermenté is already waiting in the fridge. It can rest for up to a week to develop its full flavour.
